If you have been approved for the SEAP program there is a specific way you must file your unemployment claims as stated in the form you received from Washington State Unemployment.
Here it goes:
Go to: https://fortress.wa.gov/esd/cc/iblWeb7-0/
Enter your SS#, pin, etc…
File your weekly claim…
On question: “Were you physically able and available for work each day?” – YES
On question: “Did you make an active search for work as directed?” – NO
Do not report more than 35 hours of work per work week.
Report that you earned at least $1 for that work week.
That’s it.

It asks if you worked in self-employment, then it asks how many hours you worked and how much you earned. You must put at least $1 for the computer to accept it. That’s how they instruct you to do it. If you put $0 earned it forces you to call and they change it to $1 to get accepted.
